A young, confident and bullish individual tried the conventional
way to entrepreneurship by starting a franchisee for a Bigwig
in business. He decided to give up after being cold-shouldered
on quite a few occasions. Cooling his heels at an Elite hotel
in Mumbai on a cloudy November evening in the year 2000 AD,
he decided to go unconventional. His ability to think out of
the box and flair to take calculated risks, coaxed him to capitalize
on the then fledgling ITES industry. The result, the arrival
of a new Brand…Call Center College!!! The primary focus was
on Training of Call Center aspirants. However the need of the
hour was to be different from others. He went to the only player
in the Industry then and sold the concept of outsourcing their
hiring requirements. Having started the trend, he was bent on
making it a success. The grueling process of sourcing and recruitment
started as a One Man Show. The first placement was done on the
1st of January 2001. The ice broken, today we are 50 plus in
Staff strength and have done close to 6000 placements.
The transition from Call Center College to a new Brand Convergeon,
is to show the World we are just not happy being Trendsetters.
We are ahead…and will continue to lead from the front. We'll
always ACHIEVE MORE!!!
