focus was on training of aspirants to the BPO industry, but needing
to differentiate his brand, Subbu sold the concept of outsourcing
manpower requirements to the industry's sole player. Having taken
the plunge, he was doubly determined to succeed. The first placement
was accomplished in January 2001.
